Mining Process of Gold Dredger

The river sand dug by the gold dredge is firstly screened by a vibrating screen for grading, and the pebbles, weeds, large mud pieces, and other impurities in the river sand are screened and removed, and the sand and gravel smaller than 60mm are sent to the sand washing machine for sand washing. Then the high-pressure water flow in the sand washer continuously rinses the sand and gravel, making the mud, sand, and gold attached to the surface of the sand and gravel to be separated from the sand and gravel, and integrated into the sand slurry. The sand slurry flows into the screen plate with sieve holes for screening under the strong impact of water flow, and only the sand between 20mm-60mm can enter the middle slot of the chute for gold selection.

The sand less than 20mm is assigned to the two side chutes under the drum chute of the gold dredge, and the bottom of the chute is covered with gold-separating blankets and gold-separating felts. When the sand and gold in the sand slurry flow through the gold-separating blanket and gold-separating felt of the gold dredge, it stays on the gold-separating blanket because of the specific gravity. The coarse ore cleaned out from the gold panning vessel can be transferred to the concentrating equipment to be selected. The selected sand gold can be melted and molded in the furnace.      

The essence of the gold dredge is to remove the surface material of the sand and gravel in the river, and then use the characteristics of the sand and gold specific gravity to coarsely select the sand and gold from the sand slurry. The gold dredge can excavate the sandstone while screening and processing the sand and gold.
